Create a Smart-Assignment Based on Existing Material

You can quickly transform any worksheet, PDF, or resource you already use with clients into an interactive EvolveWell Smart Assignment.

Step 1: Upload Your Existing Material

  1. Find the existing document or worksheet you’d like to convert (for example, a SMART Goals Worksheet).

  2. In the EvolveWell AI chat, simply attach your PDF or upload your file.

  3. Type:

    “Create an assignment based on this PDF.”

The platform will automatically read your document and convert it into the EvolveWell Smart Assignment format — interactive, dynamic, and ready for your clients.

Step 2: Review and Customize the Assignment

Once the Smart Assignment is generated, you can refine it to match your coaching goals:

  • Rename the assignment (e.g., SMART Goal Setting Assignment – Version 3)

  • Adjust duration (e.g., 20–30 minutes)

  • Set effort level (e.g., Medium Effort)

  • Add tags to make it easy to find later (e.g., Assignment, Smart Goals)

💡 Tip: Tags make it simple to filter through your library when assigning or reviewing content later.

Step 3: Add an Image or Visual Element (Optional)

Make your assignments more engaging by adding visuals:

  1. On the AI chat panel, ask CoachAI to generate an image related to your topic.

    • Example: “Create an image that captures the idea of goal setting.”

  2. Once generated, drag and drop the image into your assignment.

  3. Use text formatting tools to add headers, bullet points, quotes, or numbered steps to improve readability.

Step 4: Save Your Smart Assignment to Your Library

  1. When you’re happy with the design and layout, click Save to Library.

  2. This will store the new Smart Assignment alongside your other templates.

  3. You can now reuse, edit, or send this assignment directly to any client.

Step 5: Access It from Your Library

To confirm it’s saved:

  1. Go back to your main dashboard.

  2. Click on Assignments → Library.

  3. Locate your new Smart Assignment (e.g., SMART Goal Setting Assignment – Version 3).

  4. From here, you can:

    • Edit or refine the content, or

    • Send it to a client directly.
