Create an Assignment from Scratch (Using AI)

EvolveWell makes it simple to build new assignments directly in the platform — no external documents or templates required. Using the built-in AI tools, you can create, customize, and save fully interactive assignments in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Start from the AI Panel

  1. From your main EvolveWell dashboard, look at the AI panel on the left side of your screen.

  2. In the AI chat bar, type a prompt describing the kind of assignment you’d like to create.

For example:

“Create a reframed stress assignment template that I can reuse and personalize for clients.”

The platform will automatically generate a new Smart Assignment that includes flexible sections designed for personalization.

Step 2: Review and Customize the AI-Generated Assignment

Once the assignment appears, review the structure and make any needed edits.
You’ll notice that the AI often includes dynamic fields such as:

“If you’ve already shared a stressful situation in previous reflections, those will appear here.”

This means the assignment will automatically adapt and pull in relevant examples from the client’s past responses — making it both reusable and personalizable.

Step 3: Set Details and Tags

Before saving, refine the assignment details to help you organize your library:

  • Title: Keep the default or rename it (e.g., Reframing Stress Assignment).

  • Duration: Set an estimated time (e.g., 20–25 minutes).

  • Effort level: Choose Medium Effort or whichever applies.

  • Tags: Add descriptive tags like Stress Management or Mindset to make it easy to find later.

💡 Tip: Tags are especially useful for filtering and reusing templates across multiple clients.

Step 4: Edit, Enhance, and Personalize

You can further enhance your assignment using AI and formatting tools:

  • Add headings, bullets, or numbered lists to improve readability.

  • Ask AI to generate an image related to your topic.

  • If you make a typo in your prompts, the system will automatically understand and correct it.

EvolveWell’s editor lets you easily tweak any part of the assignment before saving it.

Step 5: Save to Your Library

  1. Once your assignment looks the way you want, click Save to Library.

  2. The new assignment will now appear in your Assignment Library alongside your other templates.

  3. You can reopen it at any time to edit, duplicate, or assign it to a client.
