Step 1: Open the Assignment Tool

  1. From your EvolveWell dashboard, click on the Assignment Tool.

  2. Choose the template you want to personalize (for example, Reframing Stress Assignment).

  3. The platform will open the assignment and prepare it for customization.

Step 2: Select Your Client

  1. Choose the client you want to personalize the assignment for — in this example, Jack Browner.

  2. When you select a client, the platform automatically pulls in their relevant context:

    • Reflections or responses from past assignments

    • Notes or key themes from previous coaching sessions

    • Any information the client has shared on the platform

💡 Tip: You can personalize any template in your library for any client — it’s a quick way to make your content more meaningful without starting from scratch.

Step 3: Review the Personalized Content

EvolveWell combines the selected template with your client’s data to generate a customized version of the assignment.
For example, it might include a line such as:

“Here’s a situation you shared before — feeling overwhelmed by balancing work deadlines with family responsibilities.”

This contextual reference helps clients connect new assignments to their real-life experiences, reinforcing insight and accountability.

Step 4: Send the Assignment

  1. Review the personalized text — you can make small edits if needed (add notes, adjust tone, or include new prompts).

  2. Once ready, click Send.

  3. Your client will receive the updated assignment directly in their inbox and within their EvolveWell client portal.

Summary

  • Start with a template from your Library.

  • Select your client, and EvolveWell will automatically tailor the content.

  • Review the personalized details drawn from past reflections or sessions.

  • Send the assignment directly to the client — ready for them to complete.
