When you create an account with passkeys in the Exa App, the private key is securely stored in your device's Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), such as Apple’s Secure Enclave or a similar secure hardware element on other devices. This key never leaves the device, ensuring maximum security. Only your biometric data or device security (like a PIN) can unlock access to the key.
