In the "Your Portfolio" section, you can find all the crypto assets you have deposited in your Exa Wallet. The total amount is at the top, and then there is a division between two types of assets.
In the first part, "Collateral assets," you can find the amount you have of each asset deposited in the Exactly protocol; those generate yield, which you can check right below the price of the asset and act as collateral for your purchases and loans.
In the second part, you can see all the other assets that you have deposited. These assets are available for swap or withdrawal.
What's the origin of the yield I'm getting for my assets
When you deposit collateral assets* in the Exa App, they go into lending pools in Exactly Protocol, where other users can borrow them (using the card to pay in installments, for example). Borrowers pay interest, which is distributed to depositors as yield.
It's like a self-sustaining ecosystem. Borrowers pay interest, depositors earn yield, and everyone keeps the machine running smoothly.
*the assets that earn yield are the ones accepted by Exactly protocol (USDC, ETH, WBTC, OP)
