Here’s how:

  1. Open your phone wallet
Make sure your Exa Card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

  2. Look for a contactless-enabled ATM
These usually have the NFC wave symbol (📶) near the card reader.

  3. Tap your phone
Hold your phone near the reader and follow the on-screen steps.
(ATM flows may differ slightly depending on the provider.)

  4. Enter your card PIN (from the Exa App Card section) and choose your amount
That’s it. You’ll receive the cash just like with any other debit card.

    Limits & Fees

    • Up to $250 per withdrawal

    • Max 4 withdrawals per day

    • Fees: $1 + 0.65% per transaction
(Some ATMs may charge extra — they’ll let you know before you confirm.)

    Tip: Avoid automatic currency conversion

If the ATM offers to convert the currency for you, always decline.
Let Visa handle it to get the best rate, and skip hidden fees.

    Look for options like:

    ❌ “Convert with ATM rate”
    ✅ “Decline conversion”
