If you need help recognizing one of the purchases made with your Exa Card, you can contact our team using Chat in the Helpdesk; they will look into the transaction and contact you to solve the situation.
In the case that is proven that you weren't the one who made the transaction, the total amount of the purchase will be refunded to your account to repay your debt, but consider that the fees and interest won't be refunded since that part of the transaction is made to the protocol and not linked to the card payment directly.
