Visa powers the card scheme, and Exactly Protocol powers the credit. Each time you make a payment, and your card is set as credit; you take a loan against your collateral, which you will later repay in one or multiple installments.
You can also set it as a debit card and pay directly with the funds you have in your Exa App Wallet.
