This is an unusual case but don’t worry, you’ll get your money back quickly.

Some merchants have issues with processing, which can cause the purchase to appear as rejected on the website, for example, but they charge you as if it went well. In this case, the merchant will automatically trigger a reversal operation that consists of getting your money back into your account.

This process usually takes a few hours, but depending on the merchant, it can be delayed up to 7 days.

The money will be directly sent to your Exa Wallet address as USDC. If the purchase was made using your Exa Card as a debit, there are no costs associated with this casuistic, but if the card is configured as a credit one, you will have to pay the interest associated with the purchase.

To avoid this kind of error in your purchases, we recommend that you use your Exa Card through Apple or Google Pay.
