1. **Export Data:** Go to **Settings > Data Export**, select what you need, and download the file.

2. **Prepare for Import:** Use the [mapping template](https://intercom.help/exampleapp/en/articles/11541298-migrating-data-from-the-legacy-dashboard#) to align old data with the new structure.

3. **Import Data:** Go to **Admin > Data Import**, upload your file, and follow the prompts.

4. **Review:** Check a few tickets and contacts to make sure everything looks right.
