Run an Operation

Running an operation allows users to download a comprehensive overview of various content metrics and reports.

Press the operations icon

From the dashboard, press the operations icon in the left menu.

Press New Operation

Next, press New Operation.

Select the Operation Type

Select the Operation Type you would like to export.

  • Content Export- QTI export of an entire bank.

  • Alignment Report- Export of entire bank including standards alignment.

  • Metadata Report- List of all items and any associated metadata.

  • Task Item Report- List of currently open tasks and any associated metadata.

Complete the necessary parameters

  1. Appropriately Title the name of your report.

  2. Select the Bank from which you will pull data.

  3. Press Submit to begin running your report.

You report status will show Pending until completion. It will then read Succeeded when it is ready for download. Reports can take up to several minutes for very large banks.

Press the Download button

Press the Download button to export your report to your device.
