Click on the button "Register Here" to begin.
Step 1: Select Registration Type and Fill in Contact Details
On the first page, choose your registration type. The default selection is "Physician". You must upload proof documentation on the next page if you select another type (e.g., Allied Healthcare Professional, Trainee/Resident, Low & Lower-middle-income countries, or Undergraduate Student). Please review the required documentation HERE.
Complete all required fields with your contact details. If you need the invoice addressed to someone else, enter their invoicing details in the final field.
Click Next to proceed.
Step 2: Attendance Type
Select whether you plan to attend in-person in Paris or online.
If you selected a discounted registration type, upload the required documents on this page.
Click Next to continue.
Step 3: Optional Hotel Booking
If you do not wish to book a room, tick the box "I will book my own accommodation."
If you wish to book a room, tick "Book now" and select your check-in and check-out dates. Choose the room occupancy (single, double, twin). Click Submit Booking to confirm your selection.
Click Next to proceed.
Step 4: Payment Options
Review your contact and registration details and tick "I agree with the terms and conditions."
Choose your preferred payment method:
Credit/Debit Card Payment: Enter your card details and click Submit to complete the payment. Your registration will be confirmed immediately after successful payment.
Bank Transfer Payment: Bank account details will be displayed for your transfer. Copy the details and click Submit. Your registration will remain pending until payment is received.
Step 5: Confirmation
After submitting your payment details, you will reach the confirmation page displaying your registration number and details. An automated confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to download your invoice.
