EIP2026 offers a hybrid meeting format, allowing you to choose between In-Person or Online attendance. You can switch your admission type at any point before the conference. Any applicable fee differences will be adjusted in accordance with the Conversion Policy.
Conversion Policy
To convert the admission type of your registration, please email secretariat@ineip.org.
Conversion policies are as follows:
In-Person to Online: You can change your admission from In-Person to Online attendance up to 31 October 2026, and you will receive a refund of the difference in fees based on the period you first registered. As of 1 November 2026, no refunds will be issued for changes from In-Person to Online attendance.
Online to In-Person: You can switch your admission from Online to In-Person attendance at any time. The applicable In-Person fee at the time of the change will apply, and you will only need to pay the difference after deducting the amount already paid for Online attendance.
