Security is one of our biggest priorities at Exchanger101. And to ensure that your funds are safe from any unauthorized access, we have implemented withdrawal limits and put them in place.

These withdrawal limits align with our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) policy, and they change based on customers’ KYC levels. However, at the moment, all customers are to adhere to the same withdrawal limit - #500,000 per withdrawal.

This way, we can control the flow of funds outside your wallet and protect your money.

NOTE: This withdrawal limit is set to EACH WITHDRAWAL; NOT EACH DAY. This means that ALL Exchanger101 CUSTOMERS can withdraw funds from their wallets as many times as they'd like in a single day - but, they can’t withdraw more than #500,000 at once.
