What filters can I use in the All LinkedIn Accounts section and what do they mean?
All available filters
Type to search
If you have many LinkedIn accounts added under your Expandi user account, here you can look for a specific LinkedIn account by entering its name, LinkedIn email address, the name of the company on Expandi, etc. Once the name of the LinkedIn account (or any other option mentioned previously) is entered, the LinkedIn account will appear in the list.
Workspace
With this filter, you can filter on a workspace that you own or you were invited to manage. Select a workspace from the drop-down list that you'd like to check the LinkedIn accounts from and LinkedIn accounts from the selected workspace will appear on the list:
If you wish to see all LinkedIn accounts that are added on your Expandi account (regardless of the workspace they are connected to) you can remove the filter option in the workspace filter (leave it blank) so all LinkedIn accounts appear in the list.
Account status
This option lets you filter LinkedIn accounts by the status of the account. This is very important since the status indicates if a LinkedIn account is fully connected/synced to Expandi or if action on LinkedIn (or Expandi) is required.
Please see all available account statuses and what they mean below:
Not completed - this status appears if the connection/syncing of a LinkedIn account was not completed. If you notice that your LinkedIn account has this status, please reach out to the customer support team for assistance.
New password required - if you entered an incorrect LinkedIn password while adding your LinkedIn account on Expandi, or the password on LinkedIn has changed, you will see this status. In order to enter your current LinkedIn password please follow the steps here.

Failed to set cookies - this means that there's an issue with syncing your LinkedIn account on Expandi. Please reach out to the customer support team for assistance, or check if your LinkedIn account is accessible on LinkedIn.
No proxy available - this status means that the LinkedIn account has no proxy added on Expandi or a custom proxy doesn't work. Please learn more about the proxies and how to add them here.
Verification required - this status shows up if LinkedIn requires you to verify your identity. In such a case, you should log in to LinkedIn and verify your LinkedIn account. Once the verification is accepted by LinkedIn, the status will change to Ok.
Error during login - if you notice that this status is displayed on a LinkedIn account, please reach out to the Expandi customer support team for assistance. Most likely, there's an issue with connecting your account to Expandi.
Recruiter PIN required - in some cases when creating a new Recruiter search on Expandi Recruiter tends to ask for a PIN for the search to be loaded successfully. This is when you'd see this status on your LinkedIn account and would have to enter a PIN sent to you by LinkedIn.
Password reset required - this status will appear if LinkedIn requests you to reset (update) your password. Once it's updated on LinkedIn and the new one is entered on Expandi (by following the steps here) the account status will change to Ok.

Temporary restriction - this status is displayed if a LinkedIn account was temporarily restricted on LinkedIn. In order to avoid the restriction and keep your account safe, please follow the suggestions here.
Connect services choice required - this status is displayed if an action is required on LinkedIn's side. In this case, you have to log in to your LinkedIn account and select the LinkedIn services you wish to use. Please learn more about them here. Once it's done, the account's status will change to Ok.
Phone number required - sometimes when you log in to LinkedIn you are asked to enter your phone number. In such cases, this status will appear on a LinkedIn account on Expandi. What else can I see in the All LinkedIn Accounts section?
Apart from being able to filter LinkedIn accounts on specific criteria, you are also able to see how many connection requests, and messages the LinkedIn account is supposed to send per day and how many of them it has already sent during the day. This is displayed under the Connection Requests and Messages section.
There is also a column that indicates if the account has an active account warm-up in the profile settings or has not.
Moreover, you are able to see how many active campaigns the LinkedIn account currently has, and the number of leads who did not receive the first step in the campaign yet. Also, the number of people who replied to you.
