To add a storage address, head to Manage -> Team on the Menu and click Edit against the right user.

(Or via the shortcut on the 'Book' list blue banner)

Here you can edit name, territory, and add a storage address.

When you save this information, you will be able to select it when place a booking, at Checkout.

Having added your storage address, choose a venue as usual to book for.

On the final Key Delivery Information & Contacts page, you can select your storage address from the Addresses drop down.

PIN addresses are only available for selected users. Please contact the ET Team on the chat widget to add a PIN address.

Once this is set up, you will be able to select the PIN address from the same place as above at checkout.

Admin users (generally Customer Marketing Managers) and the ET Team can place bookings on behalf of other reps to send the items to their storage address.

Within the usual checkout flow, the storage address options for this venue will display in the address drop down.

These are dependent on which territory that venue has assigned, and which rep has the territory assigned.

Only Admin users can see other sales rep's storage addresses.

First check which territory the venue is under by going to Book, By Venue, and search for the venue. Click edit, and scroll down to check the Venue Territory assigned. If the territory is incorrect, you can edit it here.

Next go to Manage, Team and search for the name of the sales rep who's Storage Address you are searching for. If the territory is incorrect, you can edit it here.

If both the venue territory and the sales rep's territory is correct and the storage address is still not showing at checkout, contact the ET Team on the widget in the bottom right hand corner.
