How to resolve issues with data not loading

Resolving Issues where data doesn't load

Whilst no one likes it when data won't load, this can occur when using any system. We recommend following the options below, in order, to see if they resolve your issue.

1.) Log out and Log In again

We know this may sound simple, but often this can resolve the issue by re-authenticating you.

2. Hard reset the cache

This removes any temporary files the browser uses, and updates the system with the latest updates.

Depending on your system and browser, there are different ways to do this:

Chrome:

Windows:

Ctrl and click the Reload button

Or Ctrl and press F5.

Mac:

⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and then press R.

Or ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.

Microsoft Edge:

Windows:

Ctrl and click the Refresh button.

Or Ctrl and press the F5 key.

Safari:

Mac OS:

Option + ⌘ Cmd and then press the ‘E’ key.

Firefox

Windows:

Ctrl and ⇧ Shift and then press R.

Or Ctrl and press the F5 key.

Mac:

⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and then press R.

Or ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.

Once the cache has been hard reset, you will login again. If data loading issues still continue, try option 3.

3. Check network connections and firewalls

If you are running a system that has a firewall installed, please check that they allow access to the platform and don't block traffic.

We also recommend checking your network connection and verify you can visit other sites. If you are able to visit other sites and the data loading issues still persist then move onto option 4.
