When we are sent a new masterfile (may also be referred to as an updated outlet list / territory list), we need to save it on the drive in the relevant company's folder.

And then make sure the file is shareable to rory@experiencethis.co and send to him over Jira.
Rory will then;
Review:
What has changed / what needs updating if not everything (sometimes they just send something specific like the new territories)
Are the key fields there? (ship to, name , address , type and territory)
Standardise capitalisation
Remove any characters that will cause issues
Check for bad postcodes
Decide if we want to import closed ones in or not
Make sure the types and territories match the platform ones (some weird caps on some here)
