Group accounts: how to reschedule a booking for my group

Sign in to your group account.

Head to Manage, My Venues from the top menu.

This will take you to the Your Venues page where you can see the venues we have within your group.

Click 'Manage Bookings' on the venue you wish to cancel the booking for.

This will take you through to the Upcoming Events for that venue.

Click Status & Timings, and scroll down to the Cancellation section.

Click Reschedule to open the campaign’s booking page, where you can select from the available dates and times.

The agency will be notified of your reschedule request and will need to confirm the new booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the updated dates are approved.
