First off, find the booking by heading to My Venues, Manage Bookings.
Clicking on the specific booking tile takes you to the booking’s profile page, where you’ll find more detailed information about what’s been booked.
Scroll down to see what assets are included.
Click on the digital tab and the download button to download any digital assets (if included). This will download the assets to your device.
