How to make allocation changes

For some campaigns, users have been given allocations of assets per territory.

On these campaigns, you can request changes to your allocation via the allocation sheet.

You can access this from 2 places:

  1. Campaign Dashboard (first icon next to review)

  2. Campaign preview &/ profile (Allocation changes button)

Use this to notify the ET Team of any changes to campaign allocations.

Clicking the button will open a live spreadsheet.

  • Read the instructions on the first tab, then

  • Go to the ‘Handbacks & Requests’ tab.

  • On a new row, select the relevant territory, enter the quantity of assets you need to add, and specify which allocation it’s coming from.

⚠️ Important: You must have approval from the allocation owner before submitting the request. All allocation changes need to balance to the total number of allocations.

The ET Team processes changes once per day and will update the status once complete.
