How to manage stock levels for assets included in your campaigns.

When setting up your campaigns, please send us the Asset Inventory as part of the Campaign briefing information. We will import them into the system so they can be added to campaigns.

Monitoring Stock Levels

The campaign brand owners will need to monitor stock levels via the platform. For high volume campaigns we suggest a weekly check.

To check stock levels:

  1. Go to Manage > Assets.

  2. Use the filter to select the relevant campaign.

This will display all items included in that campaign, along with their current live stock levels.

If any items are running low and you're able to allocate more to Experience This, please contact the Agency (and CC the ET Team) to request an update to the stock quantities.

All assets on Experience This must not be used elsewhere and must be moved into an ET allocation / Pin on other tools. If the assets are used from the ET allocation they must be updated on the platform so that it is always reflecting true availability.
