How to cancel an booking as a brand user

You might have placed an order for POS or an event, and since realised you need to cancel it - perhaps the venue no longer wants it or you need to change the date.

You can cancel your bookings by following these steps:

1) Sign in here

2) Go to Booking Requests and search by Ship To or Campaign name to find the booking. Bookings will show in the column based on their status, e.g. Confirmed bookings will show under Confirmed.
*If you need to search for a booking that is outside of your territory, switch the dropdown from My Requests to All Requests

3) Click on the booking and it will open up the detail on the right hand side.

4) Click Cancel Booking

5) Fill out the request form by selecting a reason, and then writing a message for all stakeholders.

You have the option here to exclude the venue from the cancellation emails. This means the cancellation email will be sent to the brand stakeholders, and the agency(ies) only. This can be helpful if a booking has been made by mistake or the venue was not aware of the booking.

It is the brands responsibility to communicate to the venue if needed when ticking this box.

6) The event will be canceled automatically and the stakeholders will be notified about the cancellation. (The venue will not be included if you have selected not to include them).
