We recommend that you follow these steps:
Sign in to your account on Experience This
Go to Manage, and select calendar on the dropdown
βFind the booking in question (you can search by the venue name, campaign or go to the right date, and click the tiles to show the info and find the right booking)
βClick the pop-up to open the Task timeline
Flag an issue on the relevant task - this will send an automatic flag to any stakeholders involved, who should then get in contact with you to resolve your issue.
For example, if your delivery is late or incorrect items have been delivered, flagging the asset delivery task will send an alert to the delivery agency and brand that something is wrong. Your contact details will be provided to them automatically.
If you wish to cancel the flag, for example if the delivery arrives, you can simply click the button again to send an automatic update that the issue has been resolved.
