How to reschedule bookings

In this article, you will learn how to change the dates of a booking:

Before you accept a booking:

After you have confirmed a booking;

Before you have accepted a booking, you can change the dates:

  1. By email

    • You receive a booking request by email

    • Click 'Change details', this will take you to the request dashboard

    • Follow the steps in the booking request dashboard section

2. From the booking request dashboard

  • Click the booking you want to change

  • Scroll down to 'What you need to do'

  • On each task, there is a date with a folder icon next to it

  • Click the folder to open the pop-up

  • Choose a new date and click save

  • Note: The time only really matters if its 'Live time' task in which case its important to check this is accurate. We only show timings to venues if they are about a live event.

  • Once you have completed this for all relevant tasks, you can accept the booking.

  • The venue will get a confirmation email with the new timings.

When should you communicate to the venue?

If you are changing the date of a live event, we recommend you call them first to check and align on the date.

If you are changing the date of delivery, it's probably not necessary unless its a really significant change (ie. months later or after the date of an event they are required for).

Changing the dates for Confirmed Requests

When a booking has been confirmed, go to the Calendar menu and search for the booking.

Click on the coloured block, and the tile that appears, and this will take you through to the Tasks and Milestones page. Click to reschedule and you will be taken to the Campaign Profile where you can choose the new dates.
