You can either accept bookings 1 by 1, or en masse.
1.By email (one by one)
You receive a booking request email
Check you are ok with the information provided and able to facilitate. If this is a previously confirmed booking which has been edited or rescheduled the original dates/times or assets required info will show as struck through with the updated info next to it
Note: If you want to change dates first, login to the Dashboard and editing the dates on the pop up once you have confirmed the booking
You can click accept on the email
This will accept the booking and send confirmation email to all stakeholders
2. From the booking request dashboard (one by one)
When signed in, go to Manage, Booking Requests in the menu.
Here you can click to View each booking one by one. You can also filter by campaign or venue if needed.
Check you are ok with the information provided and able to facilitate. Again, if this is a previously confirmed booking which has been edited or rescheduled the original dates/times or assets required info will show as struck through with the updated info next to it.
Click Confirm Booking - here you have the option to change the delivery dates. If you are the only facilitator, you will be able to change the delivery dates without the restrictions relevant to the campaign.
Once confirmed, it will accept the booking and send confirmation email to all stakeholders
3. En masse - from the booking dashboard
When signed in, go to Manage, Booking Requests in the menu.
Click 'Multi-select' - this will open up the white boxes next to each campaign
You can either click the white box on the top row of the table to select 'All' or you can select specific bookings manually
Click Confirm All to confirm the bookings
Again here you will see a popup giving you the option to edit the delivery dates. Please note that if you are confirming multiple bookings this will affect all of them.
