You can either accept bookings 1 by 1, or en masse.
There are three ways to decline bookings:
1.By email (1 by 1)
You receive a booking request email
Check you are ok with the information provided and able to facilitate
If you can't facilitate, you can click decline on the email
This will open the decline pop-up modal on your browser
Input a reason (this is not shared with the venue) and write a nice message explaining why you need to decline (customer facing language please)
You can choose whether you want to exclude the venue from the cancellation emails. Please only use this tickbox if you are certain they do not need to be updated - e.g. a rep has asked you to decline and the venue is unaware of the booking.
Click decline request.
This will decline the booking and send the notification email to all stakeholders including the venue (if selected), salesperson, activation manager and other agencies.
2. From the booking request dashboard (1by 1)
You receive a booking request email
You can click 'Change details' or go to Booking requests to go to the dashboard
Check you are ok with the information provided and able to facilitate

3. En masse - from the booking dashboard
Go to 'Booking requests' on the platform
Click 'Multi-select' - this will open up the white boxes next to each campaign
You can either click the white box on the top row of the table to select 'All' or you can select specific bookings manually
Click Decline all
This will open the decline pop-up modal on your browser
