Advice for brand users on how to request different dates

Availability is affected by a few things, see here for more info

Timeslots

If you can book the date you need, but the preferred time slot is not available - choose another time slot, and request the new time slot in the booking form 'special requests' section. The agency can update this before confirming.

Specific dates

If you can't book the date you need, but there is one close by - you could choose a close by date and request the new date in the booking form 'special requests' section. The agency can update this before confirming, or decline if not possible.

Alternatively, you can contact us on the IM.

As much as possible, try to adhere to the calendar to make life easy!

No dates at all

If there are no dates at all, please let us know on the IM as this might be an error.
