The visibility for venues depends on your account set-up with us.
In the majority of cases, only sales reps can book for the venues
Therefore, most venues will be able to:
see what has been booked for them (including the profile and slideshow presentation)
see the Status and Timings information, showing what to expect and when. Important links for the booking can also be found on this page
get updates and confirmation emails
cancel
add team members - so they can get updates too
rate and review the booking
They won't be able to book for themselves or see other experiences.

And by clicking on Manage, My Bookings, they can see their bookings;
*If the venue has been set up with the ability to book, they can also see the marketplace and book their own experiences.
