How to understand what campaigns are available and my targets

In this article you will learn:

How do I view my targets (& progress / useful info)

  1. Go to Campaigns on the menu - You can see all active campaigns here.

  2. If you have a target against a campaign, it will say your (progress)/(target). For example, it will say 0/1. If it just says 0, you are not targeted with this

  3. Note the flag system to show what targets need to be met soonest;
    Red flag - You need to hit your target within the next 14 days
    Yellow flag - You have a target to complete
    Green flag - You have completed your target
    No flag - no target

  4. Understand when you need to sell this in by (sell in cut-off)

  5. Understand the implementation dates - shown on the hover state

  6. Click to preview the profile and get to know the sell in slideshow - note in order to book from here you will need to 'choose venue'

  7. If there are past bookings for the campaign you can see a list of these by clicking on the icon shown below

How do I see the targeting list per venue (ie. who can have what)

  1. Go to Book to view the venue list

  2. It will automatically filter it to 'My venues' to show venues from your call file ('All venues' is the total masterfile of venues)

  3. You can filter by 'campaign' to see which venues can have this campaign

  4. You can also filter by 'Booking' to filter by past booking history - useful if you don't know your patch well and want to see applicable venues for a similar campaign.

5. You can also search for venues here to understand what they can book. Click the number (i.e 5 campaigns) to see which campaigns are available to a venue.
