If you are struggling to select dates or the add to basket button is disabled, please check the following!
If it won't let you select dates at all
If the dates are showing as X. this could mean the experience has sold out, however please contact us to check.
If it's selecting dates, but you are struggling to select a range
It's two clicks, the first click is start date and the second click is end date. The range in between needs to be clear of bookings and the end date needs to be in the future of the start date.
If you have selected your dates, but the add to basket button is disabled
It's likely that you have not added the opening hours for the venue, underneath the calendar you need to enter these in the two fields.
If you have added opening hours, check you have added dates correctly as above.
