Brand helpdesk: I can't see the campaigns for my venue

If you cannot see the campaigns for your venue it is likely it's targeting needs to be upgraded.

This is usually due to the targeting set for the venue (e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold).If this is the case, you will see an alert such as the below;

Or it could be if the campaign has a Max Booking setting and your venue has already been booked for.

Contact us via email at info@experiencethis.co or on the chat widget at the bottom of this screen if you feel the venue needs to be upgraded, or the Max Booking reviewed.
