Brand helpdesk: How do I pay with my budget?

If this option shows at checkout, you can follow the steps below.

If the option to use your budget does not show it means we have not agreed this function at head office. If you want to do this let us know and we can see about opening up the functionality.

Paying with a budget step by step

Add the booking to the basket as normal, and if your allowed to use your own budget, the check-out page will look like the below:

Click the assign code button.

This will open up the popup below where you will see the budgets available to you.

Select the budget you want to pay for the booking with and confirm.

*Note only admin users can set up budget codes for general users so you need the head office team, or your manager to set you up with codes first.


Once you have clicked through to confirm you will see the amount due is 0 and that a code is assigned.

Click check-out and complete your booking.
