You, or someone in your team, might be changing patch or joining Experience This for the first time - and therefore need to assign which venues are on 'My venues' for that user.

If you are assigned a territory from the venue masterfile, there is a quick way you can do this on the platform.

Editing your own territory

Sign in and head to Book. In the blue notification at the top of the screen, click 'here'. This will open up the Edit Territory modal for your account.

Editing someone else in your team's territory (Admin accounts only)

If you have admin access, you can update anyone in your team's territory by heading to Team in the left hand menu and searching by their name or email address.

Here you can see a list of all users in your company including yourself.

Note: If you are an admin user, you can change the territory for all users. If you are a general user, you can only change it for yourself.

Go to the user that you want to edit territory for and under the column 'Territory', click the edit icon to open a pop-up. Here you can use the dropdown to select one or many territories. Click save.

This will update the venues showing under 'My venues' to match those in the territory.

Note: If you have added any venues manually, or toggled on venues to My Venues previously, these will also stay on your list.

Removing venues under My Account

If venue's are showing up that are not part of your patch, check your territory is correct as detailed above.

You can remove individual venues from your account by turning off the My Account toggle in the Book menu.

*If you find there are multiple venues appearing on My Account, and your territory is set correctly, please get in touch with us via the IM widget and we will look into it further.
