How to cancel a booking for a venue within your group

Sign in to your group account.

Head to Manage, My Venues from the top menu.

This will take you to the Your Venues page where you can see the venues we have within your group.

Click 'Manage Bookings' on the venue you wish to cancel the booking for.

This will take you through to the Upcoming Events for that venue.

Click Status & Timings, and scroll down to the Cancellation section.

Click Cancel Booking and complete the form to confirm the cancellation. The reasons you give for cancelling will be sent to both the brand and the agency delivering the experience.

You can also select here not to include other contacts for the venue in the cancellation emails.
