How to cancel a booking for a venue within your group

Sign in to your group account.

This will take you to the Your Venues page where you can see the venues we have within your group.

Click 'Manage Bookings' on the venue you wish to cancel the booking for.

This will take you through to the Upcoming Events for that venue.

Click Status & Timings.

Here you will see a red button in the bottom right hand corner which says Refunds & Cancellations. Click here and complete the form to confirm the cancellation. The reasons you give for cancelling will be sent to both the brand and the agency delivering the experience.
