This function is only available to Admin account users.

  1. Sign in to Experience This and go to the Campaign Dashboard.

  2. Select the edit icon for the Campaign you want to change the targeting for.

  3. Click Next through the pages until you reach the Targeting Page.

From here you can:

Target by Cities and Postcode - when you select this it will give you the option to enter the City name(s) or postcode(s) you wish to target. Only venues in these locations will be able to be booked for.

Target by Stakeholder - here you can select users within your brand account and assign them a personal target allocation. This sets them a target (an ambition) and also prevents them from over-booking past this target. Make sure to edit the target number as well as adding their name (default is 0).

Target by Group - Select the group(s) you want to target from the dropdown. This means only venues under that group will be able to be booked this campaign.

Target by venue type - The venue types here will depend on the types used in your masterfile. The type targeted defines which types of venues can be booked for.

*If the venue type needs to be updated for a venue, just get in touch with us and we can do this.

Target by venue - Here you can target specific venue(s) from a drop down which contains your venue masterfile. Start typing to search and select as many as you like.

Once you have selected your targeting, click through to publish the campaign or save as draft.
