In this article we will explain how to use the:
Sign in to your account and go to Book on the Menu, and select By Venue.
1.My Venues Filter
My venues = Your call file (You will receive notifications about their activity)
All Venues = All venues in the venue Masterfile.
2.Campaign Filter
Use this to see the venue list per campaign.
For example, in the screenshot below, only venues that can book the POS Multibrand Campaign will show up when this filter is applied.
Some venues may be marked as recommended. This indicates that, while the brand allows bookings at any venue, they have a preferred list based on the campaign settings.
Once the filter is applied, you can sort the columns alphabetically, such as Venue Name, Postcode, or Group.
If the campaign is no longer live, you may see a red warning. A yellow banner may also appear with messages explaining other reasons why the venue is unavailable for booking.
3. Search by Previous Bookings
Use this to see which venues had certain campaigns booked previously so you can choose who to approach for related events.
For example, this filter below will show all venues that have booked the Back Bar Merchandising campaign.
Once the filter is applied, you can sort the columns alphabetically, such as Venue Name, Postcode, or Group.
