Brand helpdesk: How do I pay for a campaign

Learn more about assigning budget codes for your booking and the different settings.

There are two potential types of payment for brand users, depending on the setting of the campaign:

Sponsored: An activation/brand manager has opted to pay with their own code. Either, they will receive the request and assign their own budget code OR they may choose to auto-accept requests with their own budget code. The copy in red will guide you as to which.

Paid: You will be asked to add a budget code in the basket to check-out, or will have the option to forward the request to someone (ie. a manager)

If this setting is in place, and you have your own budget code on platform, when you get to the basket at checkout - select Assign Code. A pop-up will open and you will be able to see any codes you have live on the platform. Choose the code and then complete check-out.

Or, click the forward button to send it on for sign off. *The user will need to be signed up on the platform.
