Changing the asset quantities as the delivery stakeholder

When a booking request comes in by email, you will have the option to Accept, Change Details or Decline. If you wish to change the assets (or timings), click change details to go to the booking request dashboard.

On the booking request dashboard, you will see an edit icon next to each task related to the assets in the What You Need To Do section.

Click the edit icon to open a pop-up.

Asset Delivery

In this section you will see the requested quantities of asset, and here you can increase or decrease the quantity if needed.

You can remove or reduce items, or search in the search bar for other items in your inventory and add them into the booking.

Once you are happy with your changes, click save.

This will update the asset information in the booking - and once you confirm will be reflected in the confirmation email to the venue.

A few important notes:

-You need to consider whether newly added assets are available, there is no logic preventing you from adding unavailable assets.

-You may want to edit the other tasks so it makes sense to the user (asset delivery, set-up and collection) if they haven't updated automatically.

Asset changes by users when booking

When a brand sets up their campaigns, they can choose to allow asset changes. If they allow this, the sales rep will be able to reduce or remove items from the kit when they book.

The assets required will be reflected in your Booking Request email and booking request dashboard
