Support on signing up venues with emails already in use

If you are signing up a venue and you get an error message explaining that the email address is already in use, please read this article.

When you sign up a venue, you might get an error message like the below.

This occurs when the email address is already used for an alternative account.

Check the information - is this the same venue?

If so, click Please Review and click 'Yes this is the same venue'. You can update any info first, but the two accounts (the previously existing venue and the new one you are adding) will be merged into 1 venue.

If this is not the same venue, click 'Not a match'.

You will be directed back to your original sign up, and you will need to enter a new email to complete the sign up.

I want to use the same email still (ie. it's for a group)

If you have already use this email for the group account or another venue in the group account, but need to also use it for this venue, please IM us.
