A guide to mass-booking 1 campaign for many venues

Certain campaigns will give you the ability to book for more than one venue in one go.

This feature might be turned on or off, as per the instructions from the activation team.

As it stands, it will typically only be used for POS Kits.

  1. Go to Campaigns

  2. Open the Campaign profile preview page

  3. If the setting is on, there will be an additional button 'Choose multiple venues'

  4. Click the button to open the pop-up

  5. Venues will be categorised by group and A-Z (venues that dont belong to a group will be found under 'Independent Venues'). You can use the search bar to search by Venue ID or name to find the right venues. The default will be 'My Venues' but you can toggle to 'All Venues' if you need to find a venue not on your target list.

  6. Select the venues you want to book the campaign for. If you have a target, you will be able to see at the bottom how many you have selected vs you target.

  7. Note: Venues which are not targeted with the campaign will be disabled. You can see the reason why they are disabled when you hover over the venue name.

    To request a target change, IM us. To sign up the venue, do this in the normal way and come back to book it later.

  8. Once you are happy with your selection, click 'Add to Basket' Note: You don't need to do your whole target in one go, you can come back and do more later.

  9. On the basket page, you can see and check you are happy with your selection. You can remove any using the X.

  10. On the check-out page, you will need to make sure we have the correct contact and delivery info for each one. Pre-known or pre-populated info will be saved for next time to make this easier. If we do not have the email address for the venue, an alert will notify you to add this in.

    11.a Add Contact

If you need to add a contact, click the Add venue contact button and add in the details. You can select to make them the main point of contact here too.

11.b Change contact

If we already have contact details for the venue and you wish to change the contact, click the email drop down. Here you will find any other team members added into the venue account.

The contact you select will receive the confirmation email and any comms about the booking.

11.c Change address

If you wish to change the delivery address, click the address field.

Here you will find any other addresses associated with the venue account. You can select one and fill out any missing info OR add a new address via the New address button.

The address used here will be sent with the booking detail to the agency.

12. Once everything is populated click to place the order to complete your booking.
