The Data Analytics Dashboard

Within the campaign dashboard, you can see:

  • which campaigns you have reviewed yourself with the option to add an overall review (via the Review Badge)

  • the total number of reviews (this will be a total of any overall campaign reviews + any individual booking reviews for that campaign from all stakeholders)

  • the data icon linking you to the data analytics dashboard

Note: Only Admin users can see this information (ie.customer marketing team), and the data icon only shows if there is data for that campaign.

Sales Reps and Agencies just see their own review status.

From the data analytics dashboard you can see all the data pulled from the Rate & Review forms in one place.

Understanding the Data Analytics Dashboard

Summary of Activation Data

In the top boxes you can see:

  • How many activations have been booked

  • What planned activations there are - e.g. ones that have been booked but not taken place yet

  • How many activations have been executed

  • Along with how many venues

  • Cancelled bookings

  • And the total activation spend - this is based on the Value of the campaign which is set up at the start of the campaign. Read more about that here.

And, based on that spend, the associated ROI, volume and value of stock driven, samples, footfall, etc.

Exporting Your Bookings

From this section you can also export your bookings, filtering by financial year and campaign.

The Review Data Calculations Explained

This information is collated from the results of the Rate & Review form.

This is a sum of the data for all reviewed individual bookings.

Please note: to avoid double counting, it sums 1 unique review per booking. It currently prioritises Sales rep > Agency > Venue. Therefore, if the Agency, Venue and Sales rep have all filled out the Rate & Review form for the same event, the top boxes will just display the data from the Sales rep.

The data displayed is;

  • Measured ROI = Net sales value / cost of experience

  • Incremental GP = Incremental Value - Total Cost

  • Measured Spend = Based on the product sales data provided

  • Volume Uplift = shows the total uplift in stock volume, and displays it as a percentage

  • Value Uplift = shows the total uplift in sales value, and displays it as a percentage

  • New Distributions = this is generated from a tick box in the booking

  • Overall Rating = an average rating for the campaign generated from the rate & review forms

  • Samples = how many samples were distributed as part of the campaign

  • Total Footfall = the total footfall reported

The Reviews Section

By clicking on the Bookings tab, you can see the detail for each individual review (where provided - otherwise N/A).

You can also see reviews that have been sent out and not completed (greyed out).

The Leaderboard

All brand users have access to the Leaderboard which is based on Rate & Review Completion. There is a trophy icon for prizes 1-3.

This feature can be used to drive good behaviour, and alongside incentives for users to produce valuable data.

To view the Leaderboard, head to Measure, Leaderboard.
