Turn on Rate & Review Forms
When you set up a campaign, turn on the Rate and Review task on the last page.
This turns on 2 things:
A prompt for sales & agencies to review the campaign overall (1x per year). This is triggered monthly.
The option to review the individual booking:
Sales users and Delivery Agencies will have the option to from platform
Venues will be prompted at the time selected above
Staff Agencies will be asked to review each staffed booking.
You can select here how many hours or days you wish the individual forms to be sent out.
For events, we recommend immediately after (ie. 1 hour)
For POS, we recommend leaving time for the POS to be in action (ie. 30 days)
The Data Dashboard
Within the campaign dashboard, you can see:
which campaigns you have reviewed yourself (via the Reviewed badge) with the option to add an overall review (via the Review Badge)
the total number of reviews (this will be a total of any overall campaign reviews + any individual booking reviews for that campaign from all stakeholders)
the data icon linking you to the data dashboard
Note: Only Admin users can see this information (ie.customer marketing team), and the data icon only shows if there is data for that campaign.
Sales Reps and Agencies just see their own review status.
From the data analytics dashboard you can see all the data pulled from the Rate & Review forms in one place.

Top Boxes
This is a sum of the data for all reviewed individual bookings.
Please note: to avoid double counting, it sums 1 unique review per booking. It currently prioritises Sales rep > Agency > Venue. Therefore, if the Agency, Venue and Sales rep have all filled out the Rate & Review form for the same event, the top boxes will just display the data from the Sales rep.
You can see:
How many bookings have been reviewed out of the total no. bookings.
How much spend has been reviewed
Note: It only counts reviewed spend if comparative sales data has been provided.
And, based on that spend, the associated ROI, volume and value of stock driven, samples, footfall, etc.
The Dashboard Calculations Explained
The Reviews Section
Each individual review is listed below the dashboard with their individual volume data, if provided (otherwise N/A).
You can also see reviews that have been sent out and not completed (greyed out).
The Sales Progress Dashboard
All brand users have access to the Sales Progress Dashboard where there is a leaderboard based on Rate & Review Completion. There is a trophy icon for prizes 1-3.
This feature can be used to drive good behaviour, and alongside incentives for users to produce valuable data.
