New Feature: Citywide Impacts Bar While Editing Policy Requirements

There is now a new addition to the Review Requirements tab inside your policies! You'll spot the new Citywide Impacts bar along the bottom of your screen, outlined in red in the image below for clarity.

It updates live as you change requirements and shows the impacts of your entire policy—not just the building type, climate zone, or vintage you’re editing on screen.

For example, if you’re editing Single Family Homes in the Pre-1978 vintage, the bar also reflects requirements you’ve set for other vintages, like 1992–2005, and everything else included in the policy.

These are the same policy-level impacts you’ll see on the Forecast Impacts tab (pictured below). The difference is that you can now see them while you edit requirements, so you don’t have to switch tabs to understand how a change affects the whole policy.

The Forecast Impacts tab is still the best place to step back and explore results in more detail, including charts and a table you can expand down to individual building categories and requirements.
