Results from the preliminary 2025 Code Cycle Single Family New Construction Memo are now available on the Cost-Effectiveness Explorer. This report shows the results of a preliminary analysis, released ahead of the full cost effectiveness report, to enable adoption of local ordinances. As a preliminary analysis, it is limited to select measures in traditional detached single family buildings. Other measures and single family building types may be presented in the final report.
