We’re excited to unveil new improvements to the Cost-Effectiveness Explorer, designed to make managing and reviewing your policy's requirements easier than ever.
New Sidebar Navigation
When you access your policy’s requirements for review or modification, you’ll notice a new sidebar on the left side of your screen. This sidebar is your guide to the various requirements that you can review for your policy.
For Existing Policies: The sidebar will display available building types, climate zones, and vintages that you can set requirements for.
For New Policies: You’ll see options for building types and climate zones available for setting requirements.
Easier Navigation
Switching between screens has never been easier. You can now seamlessly set requirements for different vintages or climate zones while easily referencing your current settings. You also have the flexibility to add or remove vintages, climate zones, or building types from your policy with just a few clicks.
Using the Sidebar Effectively
Current Selection: Your current selection, which is where you edit your requirements and view their impacts, is highlighted in bold turquoise in the sidebar (e.g., Single Family, Climate Zone 3, Pre-1978).
Excluded Categories: Categories not currently included in your policy appear in light grey (e.g., Single Family's Climate Zone 2 and the vintages listed below). To include any of these categories in your policy, simply click on them in the sidebar to add them. The edit requirements page will automatically open.
Removing Categories: To remove a category from your policy, hover over the relevant line in the sidebar and click the trashcan icon that appears to the right.
Sidebar Visibility: If you prefer not to see the sidebar, click the < arrow at the upper right-hand corner to collapse it. Click the > arrow in the same spot to expand it again when needed.
We hope these enhancements make your experience with the Cost-Effectiveness Explorer more intuitive and efficient.
