Easy step-by-step guide to get started right away

Register yourself to event

Step 1: Go to exponaut.me and find an event you would like to join (Current & Upcoming events section).

Step 2: Click "Visit", then on the Event page click the button "Get Started" and fill out the form "Become an Exhibitor".

Step 3: For safety reasons you will get 2 emails:

  • 1st email - Confirm your email address (in case you didn’t get email, please check your spam folder).

  • 2nd email - Set up your password.

Edit Company/Organization profile

To edit your Company profile, go to https://portal.exponaut.me and Log in.

Now you have logged in to your account, start editing your Company profile by clicking on your Company´s name.

Add company information

To start editing, click "Edit" and fill out company’s details.

  • Company name.

  • Company logo (PNG file, max 4MB).

  • Company legal name. It will be displayed in the contact section on your Companys profile page.

  • Country and company address.

  • Company website address, general e-mail address, phone number. Contact Person´s don´t have phone number fields.

  • Company oneliner (slogan). Up to 20 words.

  • Company overview.

  • Company additional info.

  • Add info about: Year the company was established, Annual revenue (€), Number of Employees.

  • Add videos, up to 3 videos. Youtube or Vimeo link.

Custom CTA button: Add a custom CTA (call to action) button.

  • On your Company profile page, on the left side menu, you can add a customized button to encourage the audience to do something (e.g. book a visit, book a test drive, go to a website etc).

  • Add link (URL) for button. When a user clicks on the button it brings them to a new website (it will open in a new browser tab).

All changes take approximately 2 minutes to appear on live page

Tip: To get it done faster - Fill out all the easy-to-fill fields first and press “Save”, start again from the top and fill out all the other empty fields.

Add company representatives

Add up to 2 people as company representatives.

  • It is important to know, that Contact Person 1 e-mail will be used for accessing Portal(to edit Company´s profile page). Therefore, add there a person who will be responsible for this and who is aware of this.

  • Name of your contact, email address, position and add a photo (max 4MB, JPG).

  • Contact Person´s fields don´t have phone number fields. Theres only company´s contact phone number.

Share your social media links: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter.

All changes take approximately 2 minutes to appear on live page

Tip: To get it done faster - Fill out all the easy-to-fill fields first and press “Save”, start again from the top and fill out all the other empty fields.

Add your Product 1 and Product 2

Step 1: Click to tab "Display Project/Product 1".

  • Add Title (name of your product or service).

  • Add Description (up to 50 words). The features and benefits of your product or service.

Step 2: Add image(s) for Project/Product 1.

  • Product 1 Main Picture. Landscape 600x350px (JPG, PNG) recommended. Max 4MB.

  • Product 1 Gallery. You can upload multiple images. Landscape 800x533px (JPG, PNG) recommended. Max 4MB.

Step 3: "Read more" link. Add link (URL) for reading more about this Project/Product.

Step 4: Add one Product brochure (suggested format PDF).

  • To every Product you can add one product brochure.

Step 5: When finished, click the "Save" button.

Step 6: Follow the same steps with Product 2 - go to tab "Display Project/Product 2".

Tip: For the best outcome - try out different visuals and check how it looks by clicking "Event live page".Save your changes & publish

Congratulations! You have now created your first virtual booth with Exponaut.
