Getting a Refund

If you’re unhappy with the Exposure service for any reason

If you’re unhappy with the Exposure service for any reason, while we’d be sorry to hear it, we completely understand.

If you downgrade from a paid account for any reason, you’re entitled to a refund in full within the first 30 days of service.

Refunds typically take around 2 - 7 days depending on your bank and location. 

If you’ve decided to cancel your account entirely, please downgrade to free first, then contact us here: support@exposure.co
