How We Handle Failed Payments

If your card expires, etc.

If we can't collect payment for either your monthly or yearly renewal then the following 5 week process starts. 

  • There is a 3 week window to update your payment card details, after those 3 weeks your Exposure site is suspended and your stories and site won't be publicly accessible. During this time you will receive a steady stream of emails asking you to update your payment details.  

    Updating your card details and allowing us to process your payment will un-suspend your site instantly.

  • If we are still unable to collect payment for a further 2 weeks after that then your subscription is canceled automaticity, all but your first 3 stories are unpublished and any play related features are disabled (custom domains, story passwords etc).

    We don't delete your site or stories so you can recover your account at anytime and republish if you choose to become a paying subscriber again.
