At any stage in your sales process you can drag and drop a deal into the Won or Lost box at the bottom of your pipeline. 

Exsalerate will update the Phase to 'Current Customer' or whatever Phase you specify in your organisational settings.

Exsalerate will ask you to enter a reason why, you can add as many options as you like & can set this up under Settings > Customisable Lists > Lost Reason. 

 Exsalerate will automatically change the Phase to Archived unless you have set up type of another Pipeline Lost Phase such as Lost Leads for these customers within your pipeline

Exsalerate will ask for a reason as to why you did not win the business file it within the phase that you choose (Organisational Settings) in your pipeline or in Archived for reviewing again at a later date.
